We follow a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Why We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges
- All products are carefully checked and packed before dispatch
- Many of our products are made-to-order or specially sourced
- Hygiene, quality control, and logistics limitations
Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take utmost care in packaging. However, in the rare case that you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong product (different from what you ordered)
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Your order number
After verification, we will assist you with an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed
- Please double-check product details before placing an order
